Installing Decorative Wall Panelling
Installing our wall paneling is a breeze. Simply use either a Nail Free Panel Adhesive you’ll need around one tube per panel. Alternatively, you can install it with 38mm screws, you’ll need 15 per panel. Ensure you use black screws so they blend in seamlessly with the felt.
Thermal Insulation
If you’re looking to also improve the heat retention in your home, you can order our EcoTec Wall-Foam Insulation Kit which can be installed directly behind the paneling. This will reduce cold bridging and cut your energy bills especially if you’re installing the panelling with the EcoTec Wall-Foam Insulation inside an exterior wall.
At only 4mm thick when used alongside the Decorative Wall Panelling this will come to just 25mm thick. Even if you have very little space to work with this will create a highly effective thermal and acoustic barrier.

My Wall Isn't Perfectly Straight, what can I do?
If it is only marginally uneven, as the Slats have a black backing we would advise painting that area black - it will just look like part of the cladding. If the wall is significantly sloped, you may need to cut some of the cladding down with wise.

We recommend cleaning with a duster or similar to remove any dust - you want to avoid any cleaning product that can risk scratching the product. You can also use a vacuum, so long as the attachment is soft to clean. If necessary, use a damp cloth and then dry straight after. Do avoid using any wood polish as it can damage the slats.
How to Install?
You can either use Nail Free Panel Adhesive or 38mm Screws. We advise using black coated screws, matt in texture. You will require around 15 screws per panel or one tube of adhesive per panel (depending on which option you prefer).
